Fourteen years of friendship. One philosophy.
Before The Agency
Blessed and Kush have been best friends for fourteen years — neighbours first, then teammates on the same soccer team. Long before Wave, they were constantly trying to build something together: soccer YouTube channels, gaming channels, whatever idea came up next.
Three or four years before Wave existed, that turned into something real. They started creating content seriously, day after day, and grew Kush's own following to roughly 300,000 followers and around 300 million views.

The Realization
Somewhere in that process, they noticed something the rest of the industry was missing. The videos that performed best on Kush's own business content weren't the polished ones — they were consultations. Just him and a client, talking honestly about the work, why they wanted it done, who they were.
Those conversations outperformed everything else, because they did what scripted content couldn't: show authority, trust, insight, and personality, all at once. Nobody was doing this for other businesses — the industry was full of AI-generated scripts, walk-and-talks, and before-and-afters, and calling it marketing.
Lorenzo, and the Limits of Organic
The first real test came from an unlikely place. Blessed sold his motorcycle to a guy named Lorenzo, who mentioned he ran a paving company. That conversation became Wave's first real client relationship.
The content worked — other contractors noticed it, and Lorenzo started getting real work from it. But organic content alone had a ceiling: attention doesn't automatically turn into a predictable number of sales. Something else was still missing.

Blessed learned Meta Ads, and the model changed. Reality content built the trust and the audience — it made a business the obvious, preferred choice. Paid distribution put that proof directly in front of people who were already looking.
The ads themselves worked differently too — not generic, not chasing trends, not overproduced for its own sake. Every ad was built around a business's ideal customer specifically, using the same principles that already made the organic content work. That combination is the foundation everything at Wave is still built on today.
One of the earliest campaigns built this way: Rez Glass →Reality Marketing™, Today
That combination is what eventually became Reality Marketing™ — not a trend they chased, but a response to everything they didn’t want to be part of: copied content, scripted formulas, and now, a flood of AI-generated video pretending to be real.
Blessed and Kush, on content, advertising, and the principles behind Wave.
Blessed and Kush still make content today — Kush posts daily, Blessed for himself. Neither of them stopped being creators to become agency operators. That’s still where the standard comes from.
